What ages is The Play Place designed for?
Our space is designed for children ages 0–7. Older siblings are welcome, but most activities are geared toward younger children.
Do parents stay during visits?
Yes! Parents or guardians must remain on-site at all times.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations may be required depending on the day and availability. We recommend booking ahead to guarantee your spot.
Do members need reservations?
Members may still need to reserve a spot during busy times to help us manage capacity.

What is open play?
Open play is a relaxed, unstructured time where children can explore the space freely while parents stay and enjoy the environment.
What is private play?
Private play is a reserved time where you and your group have exclusive access to the space for a more personal experience.

How do I book a party?
Parties can be booked online through our booking system. A deposit is required to reserve your date.
What’s included in a party?
Parties include a 2-hour private rental of the space with time for play, celebration, and connection.
What happens after I book a party?
We’ll reach out the week of your event to confirm details and answer any questions.

Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, a waiver is required for all children before entering the play space.
Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required for all children (and adults entering play areas).
What is your cancellation policy?
Parties and reservations may be rescheduled or canceled with advance notice. Full details will be provided at booking.

Do you offer food or drinks?
We offer coffee and drinks for parents. Additional offerings may vary.
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted during open play, with the exception of baby bottles, formula, and small snacks for young children.
Birthday parties and private events may bring outside food, drinks, and cake during their reserved time.
